I always thought that a person can hack my cell phone and know where I am at at all times and see what I am doing if they hack my cell phone to the extent where they can turn on my camera which is creepy. I never thought that it was legal. I never knew that the government is able to hack our cells phones without a warrant with I think is completely wrong. Yes, it is a way to see if a person is planning a terrorist attack if they are completely unaware of the fact that someone can hack their phone and see everything but it still is an invasion of privacy. I strongly agree with the fact that the government should adapt the laws in the constitution to the 21st century. I believe that in order for our government to have the right to invade our privacy by hacking our phone is to have a search warrant and have a ligament reason to do so.

Well, i guess there are some benefits of not having a cellphone. However, I do think that they should not have laws like that at all. This country is so paranoid. I agree with Angie 110%. I don't think that this law would be taken back. Most of the people who have phones do not even know that at any moment the government can tap into their conversations or just trace them.

Well, Angie only if they are 110% sure that the persons phone that their hacking is up to something that they are trying to find out. Not just some hunch they feel and decide to do it. So not abolish them completely but they have to have solid evidence.
