Different things inspire different people, but I don't think there's anyone who wouldn't be inspired by the story of Nick Vujicic... He is a man who has taken what could have been a disasterous situation and made the most of it... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v4uG2kSdd-4

Wow! This man is amazing. He is a true role model. He doesn’t have the things that I take for granted and it just makes me realize that I need to be more grateful for the thing that’s I have. He finds a way to get around life’s struggles and makes the best out of everything. I can’t speak for everyone but I need to be more like him.

When I saw that Nick had not arms or legs I was in complete shocked because he looked so happy and okay with it. I realized how blessed and I am and how a lot of people are. His speech on inspiration was great. It really had me thinking how can you expect yourself to succeed when you hit rock bottom if you don’t try to get back up. Seeing Nick actually demonstrate his speech with himself just proved how much he accepts himself and how all of us should too. His speech gave me something to think about this vacation. He will also make a great DJ if he wanted to.

That was so sad and depressing. Almost everything that i do has to do with my legs and/or arms. If i was like that i would feel horrible. To know that this man lives like this every day of his life and not quit shows a lot to me. Daily life for him is a struggle. The very things we take easy and normally are huge obstacles him. He has a lot of strength and courage to go up and still make the best of it.

Oh my god this video brought tears to my eyes. I feel so stupid for the times that I thought life was misearble, and this man is so happy doing things that a person with arms and legs can do. I got goose bumps through out the video and teared. Wow it is inspiration, he is very blessed.

I really love that we have many different people in the world that can inspire us even though we have never met. Videos and things like this remind me of how fortunate I am to be living the way that I am today. After watching videos like these, I always say to myself that I would be a better person but that never really happen. I always end up taking things for granted anyway; and I hate that.

Regina, everyone takes some things in their life for granted. The fact that you even realize that you do makes you more aware than about 90% of people.

Oh, and Regina, the fact that you got me on April Fool's Day just means that you'd better be super-aware next April Fool's Day... I have a really looooong memory... :)
