This is where you can post this week's assignments -- "60 Minutes", "The Amazing Race!", and your vocabulary sentences. Note: I was looking at the "60 Minutes" preview and it might be a bit different than previous weeks -- I believe the entire hour is going to be devoted to only one topic. If it is, just answer the questions about the one topic.

Randy, would drinking energy drinks make you wax or wane? What is the usual effect of sugar on a person?

Seriously? The cowboy's hat stayed on his head through a bungee jump? That is impressive...

I don't usually comment on The Amazing Race, but this one cracked me up! First, the cowboy hat staying on his head during a bungee jump cracked me up... Second, I love sauerkraut and would have loved doing that challenge... Third, I was glad to see that they didn't make the teams do any challenges after drinking that boot of beer or it could have gotten ugly!

Bull riding? I've never heard of it! Look it up on YouTube and find us a video to watch, Katherine! Sounds pretty cool... The last question, as to whether they have any heart... Here's my question... You'll eat a hamburger, won't you? Don't you have any heart? :)

OK, I couldn't wait for Katherine... At first, I misunderstood you Katherine -- you're just talking about regular bull riding, right? They do it at rodeos all over the midwest of the U.S. -- it's really fun to go watch... Here are two videos... The first one is entitled, "Good Bull Riding Wrecks" (so you can imagine what that's like) and the second one is the actual rules of the sport...

Just to let you know, if you ever want to put anything up on the blog, like a video, just write it in a comment -- like you are now... Just put the link on and it'll show up the way mine did... And you can talk to Ms. Em about whether you're off the hook for eating a burger as long as you didn't kill it yourself... :)

Oh no! Did I see HELMETS on those guys heads? That's not the good bull riding! They suck, I have got to say they do it better in MX.

I know that they had helmets in that video, but I've never seen that before... Most bull riders just wear their cowboy hats, which as we saw in "The Amazing Race," have a huge capacity for staying on one's head during anything... :)

Regina, it's called "sauerkraut" and it's yummy. People in the U.S. usually eat it on hotdogs. Mmmmm...

In addition to me wanting to go bungee jumping, and sky diving, I would also love to ride a bull. Maybe not a bull fighter, because I would not have the guts to kill. Some women are insane Ms.Cohen, have you ever watched Desperate Housewives?! Its crazy.
